Frances Explores the Kitchen

Hello everyone! Today I am sharing the adventures of Frances with you all. She was trekking round the kitchen, and having a bit of a nose around…

Magenets on the fridge. (Frances is balanced on the top of a bottle by the way, she is the mad climbing and balancing red panda).

Outside on the windowsill.

Inside the fridge (it’s cold in there!)

Goodies and snacks!

The green corner of the kitchen.

That’s my name!

So, that was a bit different and definitely very random, I hope you enjoyed it. See you soon lovely readers!

Coming soon…

Hello everyone! I am posting today to tell you about Misty’s Aspiring Authors Writing Challenge. I have entered, and I think that there is still time to sign up but I’m not sure. I am on Team Pegasus (definitely going to be the best team!)

The challenge starts on April 2nd. That is when the first prompt is posted, so I should be posting a LOT of stories/poems every week or so.

Exclusive look inside my drawings folder!

Hello everyone! If you have read the title, you will probably have guessed that today you will get to see some of my artwork and drawings. If I took photos of everything in the folder, then this post would be very looooooong so I only took pictures of a few. I apologise for the funky lighting, I didn’t take them out of the plastic wallet thingies.

Lets go…………………………….

The folder.

A ballerina that I painted years ago (I think I was quite young when I did this one).

A picture of a dog in a hot air balloon (that’s normal). I used pastels to colour it in.

I did these ages ago.

Costume design for a queen/princess.

A Christmas card, but youย  might not be able to see it.

I used my fineliners for this one, and I copied a painting of some flowers.

This is a pen drawing of Caldey Abbey on Caldey Island (my favourite place!) You may remember it from a previous post.

This is a drawing I did on a card and I used gel pens. ๐Ÿ™‚

Another gel pen drawing on a card.

A pencil sketch of Rapunzel.

I drew my brother’s robot toy.

So, there’s a little insight. Hope you enjoyed it! Comment if you would like more posts like this.

Did you think I had forgotten?

Stuff happened.

Hello everyone! I currently can’t speak properly and my mouth is really sore, because about three hours ago I had two teeth taken out. ๐Ÿ™‚ It was quite weird, because my mouth went really numb when they put the anesthetic in. I’m having another two taken out next week!

So I just thought that you all needed to know that.

Annabell’s Chick

It was a bright and sunny morning in Bluebell Village, and Mrs Buttercup had gone outside to get the milk bottles from the doorstep. She saw her husband walking past… And she was surprised to see that he had six fluffy little chicks following him!

“Kids! Come and meet our new friends!” shouted Hornbull. The children came running downstairs and burst out of the front door.

“Wow dad! What are we going to do with them?” Paddock asked looking puzzled.

“Well, we are going to look after them, and then we will be able to have fresh eggs when they are older!” Hornbull replied. Daisy wasn’t so sure about her husband’s idea at first, but she was beginning to like the little bundles of fluff.

“Ooooh! This one likes me!” Annabell said as a little chick waddled up to her.

“Can he come up to my room?” she asked her parents. Mr and Mrs Buttercup looked uncertain.

“Well, I suppose so, but ONLY for one night.” her father told her. She picked up the little chick in her arms and brought him up the stairs carefully.

When she got to her bedroom, she plonked him down on the bed. Her brother looked on in surprise as she placed a hot mug of tea in front of the chick.

“Errrrr, I don’t think chicks drink tea.” he told his sister.

“Yes they do! Well, my one does.” she said defiantely.

“…And, by the way, his name is Bob.”

Hello everyone! As you all probably know, today is St. Patrick’s day. I love this day, because St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland and most of my family are Irish. My Grandad was actually called Patrick. ๐Ÿ™‚
